Outsourcing Officer – Compliance, ICT and Legal

Stellenbeschreibung:

Responsibility for all matters relating to outsourcing and ICT third-party management
Continuous enhancement of service management and the related control and monitoring processes
Liaison function with all relevant departments of the bank
Coordination of all risk analyses in accordance with MaRisk and DORA
Ensuring audit-ready documentation of outsourcing arrangements, including onward outsourcing
Submission of required regulatory reports under the German Banking Act (KWG) and DORA
Regular reporting to executive management on material outsourcing arrangements and the status of outsourcing management
Deputizing in other officer roles, such as Information Security Officer

Requirements

Extensive experience in officer functions at a financial institution, ideally in outsourcing management at a cooperative bank
Thorough, audit-ready knowledge of the requirements under MaRisk and DORA
Banking qualification or completed degree in business/economics, or a comparable qualification acquired through professional experience
Reliable, independent and solution-oriented working style
