Part-time – Communications, Fundraising

Responsibilities

• Project organization and coordination with schools that are running, or wish to run, the “Zukunftstag” (Future Day)
• Planning, coordinating and carrying out outreach and acquisition activities to recruit new schools for Future Day and allocate funding
• Preparing and delivering briefings for participating partners and stakeholders
• Collecting, analyzing and statistically compiling project data on planned and completed Future Days
• Other organizational, communication and coordination tasks related to the funding of the school projects

Requirements

• Excellent German skills (minimum C1), both written and spoken
• A structured, detail-oriented and reliable working style
• Strong organizational skills and enjoyment of coordinating multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work independently, a solution-oriented approach and quick comprehension
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner—especially in contact with schools and partners
• Alignment with the values of an education NGO: Determination, Respect, Responsibility, Cooperation
• Bonus (not required): Experience with MS Office
• Initial exposure to administrative tasks
