Part-Time Operations Project Manager – Multiple Disciplines

Responsibilities

• Fully accountable for one or more project management seats
• Manage a team of up to 3 coordinators, 4 writers, and 1 editor
• Ensure workflows for all projects are reviewed for accuracy, updated, documented, and improved
• All costs are accounted for and within budget
• Clients’ retention and satisfaction rates must meet specified targets

Requirements

• Experience with project management
• Strong emphasis on ownership and not just "checking boxes"
• Familiarity with Asana is beneficial but not required
• Must be physically located in the United States or Canada and authorized to work in the United States.
