Partner / Managing Partner, DCM & ECM (EMEA & APAC)

Frankfurt am Main, with regular travel across EMEA and APAC

Arcus & Co. is a boutique private capital and corporate advisory firm operating in fund formation, fund finance, corporate and M&A, and capital markets mandates across EMEA and APAC.

The role

We are adding a Partner, or Managing Partner depending on experience and what is brought to the firm, to build and lead our capital markets advisory team spanning EMEA and APAC.

Candidates typically come from one, or a combination, of the following: senior DCM or ECM experience at an investment bank, a track record at an independent or boutique capital markets advisory firm, relevant transactional experience gained in consulting, or transactional finance experience gained on the legal side, for instance in a law firm's capital markets or banking practice.

Responsibilities

Lead DCM and ECM mandates across EMEA and APAC.

Build out the capital markets team.

Develop and maintain relationships with issuers, subscribers, institutional investors, and investment banks.

Represent Arcus globally, including at industry events sponsored by the firm.

Contribute at partnership level to firm strategy and direction.

Requirements

Significant experience in debt or equity capital markets, whether acquired at an investment bank, an independent advisory house, in consultancy, or within a law firm's transactional finance practice, or in some combination thereof.

A demonstrated capacity to operate effectively within a pro-active, entrepreneurial environment.

Fluent English; additional languages an advantage but not a requirement.
