Partner Operations Manager – Full-time

Responsibilities

• Identify, acquire and onboard new manufacturing and assembly partners
• Request and analyze quotes and assign orders strategically
• Work closely with partners to ensure quality and performance
• Collect feedback and improve processes together
• Analyze complaints and exceptions, including deriving concrete corrective actions

Requirements

• Analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take on responsibility
• Strong communication skills, empathy and confident presence
• Strong German and English skills (business fluent in spoken and written)
• Initial experience in operations, supply chain or partner management is a plus
