Partner Quality Specialist

Stellenbeschreibung:

Review and approve marketing materials against work papers for quality and adherence to Pathward, Network, and Regulatory guidelines
Participate on the Partner relationship team and maintain Partner relationships through phone, email, and meetings
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and network operations teams to address client needs and deliver solutions
Facilitate, drive, and complete department‑specific program implementation tasks
Submit programs to payment networks for review and approval
Train Partners on and monitor their use of the marketing submission portal
Manage the self-approval process for assigned Partners
Maintain a thorough understanding of assigned Partners and their programs
Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Conduct periodic Partner compliance reviews and complete findings reports
Remediate applicable Compliance Review findings
Meet and maintain department Service Level Agreements and Quality Review scores
Participate in enterprise projects relating to existing Partner assignments
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
Typically requires less than one year of related experience
Strong understanding of regulatory compliance principles and practices
Attention to detail and ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
