Partner Solution Engineer (Fully Remote)

• Define reference architectures, design standards, and validated patterns for partner solutions.
• Drive AI-first solution blueprints and design workshops using the FLIGHT framework.

Technical Architecture & Validation:

• Conduct deep architectural reviews for net-new patterns and complex integrations.
• Evaluate solution architectures against the Partner Co-Innovation Framework.

Reusable Patterns & Standards:

• Capture and publish repeatable patterns and frameworks to scale innovation.
• Develop industry-specific reference architectures for verticals like Financial Services.

Partner Enablement & Strategic Alignment:

• Mentor partner design and solution teams in AI-native development.
• Support partners in defining go-to-market strategies and technical goals.
