• Lead finance transformation workstreams for banking clients from diagnostic to execution with measurable business outcomes
• Drive sales growth and business development by nurturing relationships with global clients
• Shap e client agendas and engage senior-level stakeholders within global strategic accounts
• Translate complex challenges into actionable roadmaps and innovative, technology-enabled solutions
• Collaborate with product, delivery, architecture, and technology teams to ensure holistic outcomes
• Engage with C-level stakeholders, providing strategic guidance on banking performance, risk, and transformation
• Contribute to internal capability building and evolution of the finance transformation offering
• Bring subject matter expertise on bank steering (KPIs, accounting, performance management) and financial transformation

• 7+ years of experience in strategy consulting with a track record of driving complex initiatives
• Extensive finance for banks expertise with understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and trends
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, accounting principles, and performance management
• Hands-on experience in financial transformation including process redesign, operating model evolution, and system implementation
• Proven ability to lead strategic change initiatives and navigate operational finance environments (controlling, reporting, planning)
• Risk management expertise with ability to assess, monitor, and mitigate risks in transformation contexts
• High tech affinity, comfortable with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus
