Senior Strategy Consultant - Bank Finance Transformation (m/f/d)

In this role you will help shape client value propositions and drive finance and risk transformation initiatives for banking clients. You will lead strategic workstreams, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage C-level stakeholders to translate challenges into actionable roadmaps. The position blends strategy and technology, offering impact across transformation programs and internal capability building. • Lead strategic workstreams in finance transformation programs for banks
• Translate complex business challenges into innovative solutions and actionable roadmaps
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, delivery, and architecture
• Support client engagements from early shaping to execution, including C-level interactions
• Contribute to internal capability building and team development
• Bring thought leadership on bank steering, KPIs, financial performance and risk management
• Help define and evolve our finance & risk transformation offering for banking clients

• Extensive experience in strategy consulting
• Proven experience in banking with deep understanding of industry dynamics and banking business models
• Strong tech affinity and comfort with digital tools, data models, and transformation platforms
• Experience across strategic change initiatives and operational finance & risk environments (e.g., controlling, data & analytics, reporting, planning)
• Familiarity with transformation programs, including process/operating model design and system implementation
• Risk management experience is a plus
• Experience with finance software, especially SAP and SAP Fioneer, is a plus
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
