Payroll Accountant – Payroll Specialist

Responsibilities

• Processing and execution of payrolls for clients and monitoring of all payroll processes
• Independent coordination and submission of reports to social security agencies and tax authorities
• Point of contact for clients regarding payroll questions, both by phone and in writing
• Collaboration within the team and mutual support in day-to-day operations
• Monitoring and implementation of legal changes in the area of payroll accounting

Requirements

• Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
• At least one year of experience in payroll and salary accounting
• IT proficiency and willingness to learn new programs and processes
• Customer-focused, flexible and independent way of working
• Strong communication skills, empathy and enjoyment of teamwork
