Payroll Accountant – SAP experience

• Responsible for preparing and executing the monthly payroll while meeting all deadlines
• Administratively support employees throughout the employment lifecycle, from onboarding and internal transfers to termination, including processing contract changes
• Provide advice on all payroll-related matters, issue employment certificates and handle all tax and social security matters
• Maintain personnel files and manage communications with health insurers and government authorities

Requirements

• Successfully completed commercial training (or equivalent) with a focus on HR and payroll accounting
• Several years of professional experience as a payroll accountant and solid knowledge of employment law, payroll tax and social security law
• Confident user of SAP HR/R3 and SAP S/4 HANA as well as MS Office applications, in particular Excel and Word
• Strong service orientation and enjoyment of working in a team
