Payroll Coordinator International (all genders)

In this role, you will coordinate payroll across multiple European countries, ensuring timely and accurate processing. You will collaborate with external payroll providers and internal Finance/HR teams to maintain aligned processes and control. You’ll support reconciliations, audits, and the transition toward centralized payroll solutions, while building robust backup and knowledge-sharing practices. • Coordinate payroll across several European countries to ensure accurate and timely processing
• Collaborate with external payroll providers and internal teams (Finance and HR)
• Support payroll account reconciliations, accounting entries, and discrepancy resolution
• Document payroll processes in a structured, transparent, and traceable manner
• Assist internal and external audits and provide required documentation
• Drive optimization and standardization of international payroll processes
• Support the transition from local payroll structures to centralized solutions
• Develop and maintain backup and knowledge-sharing within the team

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, HR, or comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in Payroll, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Payroll Accounting
• Experience with international payroll processes and external payroll providers
• Structured, analytical, detail-oriented, with a strong affinity for numbers
• MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus
