Responsibility – Payroll Accounting

Ensure accurate and timely payroll accounting for all company employees.

Responsibility – Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable

Manage the accounting of suppliers and customers to ensure smooth payment collection.

Responsibility – Payment Transactions

Coordinate and monitor the company's entire payment transactions.

Responsibility – Employee Data Maintenance

Maintain and update all relevant employee data for correct payroll and administration.

Responsibility – Financial Analyses & Statistics

Create reports and statistics to support sound financial decisions.

Responsibility – Financial Statements

Support monthly and annual financial statements to ensure the financial stability of the company.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS – WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

You have completed a commercial apprenticeship and already have valuable experience in payroll and financial accounting . Your independent and structured way of working helps you to complete tasks precisely and efficiently. You are adept at working with ERP systems and Microsoft Office. With your knowledge, you will ensure that the accounting department runs smoothly.

• Independent, self-reliant and careful way of working
• Knowledge of IT-supported ERP systems
• Confident with Microsoft Office
• Completed commercial apprenticeship
• Experience in payroll and financial accounting
