Performance Marketing Manager (all genders) I Search

In this role you own and optimize Text-Ads campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. You will plan, build, and refine search campaigns, focusing on bidding and account structure to meet goals. You translate KPI data into actionable recommendations and proactively steer performance. You explore new SEA trends and drive automation and testing initiatives. This position offers the chance to impact performance at scale within a fast-paced, international team.

• Own day-to-day management and optimization of Text-Ads campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
• Plan, build, monitor, and optimize campaign types within Search; refine bidding strategies and account structure
• Produce regular KPI-based analyses and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Monitor performance and steer campaigns toward defined goals
• Scout new trends, tools, and optimization opportunities in SEA and assess their potential
• Refine processes around bidding strategies, automation, and campaign testing
• Conduct structured A/B tests to validate approaches and identify incremental gains
• Manage projects from concept to execution within the Text-Ads domain

• 3+ years of professional SEA/PPC experience with large keyword sets
• Proficiency with Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Advertising
• Initial experience with Google Ads Scripts or strong motivation to learn automation
• Comfort using Generative AI tools to support ad copy and analysis
• Strong teamwork and communication skills; proactive problem-solving
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
