• Take ownership of international performance channels
• Design, manage, and optimize internationally scalable campaigns across Search, Shopping, price comparison platforms, and Paid Social
• Manage significant marketing budgets and achieve channel and performance targets
• Monitor ROAS, CAC, and CLV and translate insights into optimization measures
• Identify opportunities to scale and improve efficiency
• Use scripts, AI, and automated workflows for campaign management, reporting, analysis, and recurring processes
• Work with large datasets and conduct complex analyses
• Identify opportunities for scaling, efficiency improvements, and sustainable growth
• Further develop product data and feeds for different marketing channels
• Work with feed management and product data tools
• Collaborate with Business Intelligence, Pricing, and other stakeholders
• Present analyses and recommendations clearly and contribute ideas to joint projects

Требования

• Degree in business, technology, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in Performance Marketing or a comparable data-driven marketing environment
• Strong experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics
• Ability to translate numbers and insights into concrete decisions and actions
• Experience with automation, such as Google Ads Scripts, automated reporting, AI-powered workflows, or comparable solutions
• Data-driven approach with the ability to identify optimization and scaling opportunities
• Ability to present complex analyses and recommendations clearly and compellingly to different stakeholders
• Effective prioritization, clear communication, and confident collaboration with internal and external partners
• Nice to have: Experience with Productsup, ChannelPilot, ChannelAdvisor, or comparable feed management solutions
