You understand performance KPIs and know how to turn creator content into real conversion drivers? As a UGC Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for the operational implementation and optimization of our UGC ads on Meta, TikTok & Co., with a clear focus on performance, scaling, and creative excellence. You implement UGC campaigns operationally, including briefs, timelines, and creator selection. You build a high-quality creator pool, provide clear briefs and structured feedback, and develop long-term collaborations. You regularly organize testing rounds, review content, and optimize creatives based on data together with the Performance team. You analyze KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, AOV, and new customer rate, and derive concrete measures. You plan content in a structured way (e.g. an editorial calendar), improve processes, and reduce our time-to-ad. You monitor platform and UGC trends and continuously test new formats to scale our campaigns.

Требования:

You have 2–4 years of experience in UGC or performance marketing. You have already worked with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and common analytics tools, and have a solid understanding of paid social KPIs. You have already independently managed paid social budgets (Meta/TikTok) and actively scaled campaigns. You can evaluate performance data and prioritize optimizations based on data. You have experience briefing and managing creators and can recognize high-performing content. You work in a structured way, manage several campaigns in parallel, and reliably meet deadlines. Your German is at a business-fluent level (C1), and you also have good spoken and written English skills.
