Performance Marketing Manager | High Growth Start-Up | Lisbon or Remote

We’re turning around one of Germany’s largest industries. As the first in the EU, we’re building an AI product that takes over the entire planning process for construction projects.

You own our paid marketing end-to-end. Google and Meta are already running and bringing volume every day. You take over both accounts, bring them in-house from the agency and freelancer, and build out the channels we aren’t running yet.

Who we are

Planeco Building does end-to-end real estate projects on autopilot.

We’re building the infrastructure that digitises planning and permitting for real estate projects of every size, end-to-end: faster, cheaper, scalable. We combine our own architects with an external partner network and a tech and automation layer that streamlines or fully replaces many manual processes.

• 3,000+ projects a year across Germany
• 15-20% MoM as a bootstrapped venture
• Profitable with a run rate over €10M
• 40-person team in Lisbon

What we offer

• Ownership of the budget: You decide where the money goes. No approval loops, no five stakeholders weighing in.
• Direct line to the founders: Short paths, fast decisions. Your numbers land in the decision itself.
• A path to Team Lead: As the channel grows, a team grows around you. You’re the person who builds and leads it.
• AI-native stack: Claude and automation are our number one tools. You ship variants and analyses at a pace a classic setup can’t match.
• A market with room to run: 2% market share in Germany. The demand is there, it just needs to be bought more efficiently.
• Lisbon or remote: Lunch and dinner from our chef three times a week at the office, or remote from Germany.

What you’ll do

• Take over Google and Meta: You run both accounts yourself, from campaign structure and bidding strategy to budget allocation.
• Bring paid in-house: You phase out the agency and freelancer, review what exists, and decide what stays and what gets rebuilt.
• Test creatives: You brief, test and scale ad creatives and angles. Systematically, weekly, by result rather than by taste.
• Build new channels: TikTok, YouTube, native, Demand Gen. You decide what we test next, with a clear stop criterion.
• Keep tracking alive: GA4, GTM, pixels, conversion APIs and feeding offline conversions from the CRM back into Meta and Google. You debug it yourself instead of filing tickets.
• Optimise for business value: Your measure is the booked consultation and the customer behind it, not the form submission.
• Signals to the founders: You feed back which message lands, which channels and audiences respond, and where we should double down.

You’ll fit in if you...

• have at least 3 years hands-on in performance marketing with clear ownership of CPL or CAC, ideally in B2C lead gen.
• know Google and Meta from practice and know which levers in the account actually move CPL.
• have set up and debugged GA4, GTM, pixels and conversion APIs yourself. You read funnels in raw numbers.
• have owned a real media budget and can say how big it was and what came out of it.
• work AI-native: Claude or ChatGPT in daily use for creatives, analysis and automation.
• are analytically honest: hypotheses from data rather than opinions, and you drop your own idea when the test says otherwise.
• want to sit in the account yourself and build a team out of it over time.

We’ll teach you the industry. Turning clicks into actual customers is the part that matters.
