Задачи

• Manage the performance of paid marketing channels across the full funnel and develop them based on data
• Run operational media buying on Meta and Google Ads, from campaign setup and budget management to ongoing optimization and scaling
• Plan and manage campaigns end to end, including ad creative concepts, targeting, delivery, testing, KPI and data analysis, and reporting
• Coordinate cross-functional work with CRM, Data, Content, and Design to align performance marketing with other growth channels
• Test new channels, formats, and technologies, and continuously develop the performance marketing strategy to increase the impact of paid channels
• Coordinate external UGC creators from briefing through content delivery
• Develop targeted briefs, including hooks, script ideas, and content guidelines aligned with performance goals
• Review incoming creatives, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high content and quality standards

Требования

• Have a strong understanding of performance-driven analytics and tracking
• Have experience with Facebook Ads Manager and performance monitoring tools such as Google and TikTok
• Have professional experience at an agency or in the FMCG sector
• Speak German and English
• Nice to have: No additional preferred qualifications specified
