• Develop and implement the SEA strategy across Google Ads and relevant paid search platforms, continuously improving campaigns
• Manage budget planning, campaign execution, and the achievement of defined performance targets
• Analyze campaigns and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, conversion, and growth
• Continuously optimize keywords, ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages, and derive concrete actions
• Work closely with the management team and support a mentor with strategic paid search decisions
• Independently develop SEA projects from concept through implementation, scaling, and performance measurement
• Identify new growth and optimization opportunities in paid marketing and implement them with a customer-oriented, entrepreneurial approach
• Handle ad hoc projects and support the marketing team with cross-functional tasks and strategic questions

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree from a top-tier business school, completed with excellent results
• Initial work experience or internships at a fast-growing company, such as a startup, or in consulting
• Creative, persuasive, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented
• Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong interest in building companies and willingness to learn
• Goal-oriented, proactive, and responsible approach to work
• Experience prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment and applying a 100% approach to important tasks

• Fluent spoken and written German and English
