Perofrmance Marketing Manager | Berlin | No German needed

Most marketing budgets burn because nobody is really watching. You're the reason that doesn't happen here.

We're a young, fast growing startup and paid acquisition is still early for us. That means you build the machine yourself instead of managing someone else's old setup. No agency babysitting, you're in Ads Manager every day.

No German needed for this role. English is enough.

Tasks

What you'll do:

• Own Meta and Google Ads end to end: campaign structure, targeting, bidding, budget allocation, scaling
• Build a creative testing machine: dozens of ad variants a week, using AI tools to produce and iterate fast
• Set up and own tracking and attribution (pixels, CAPI, GA4) so we actually trust the numbers
• Find new formats, angles, audiences and channels before they get saturated
• Report on CAC, ROAS and payback weekly, and act on what you find
• Work directly with the founders, short paths, your numbers visible to everyone

Requirements

This is you:

• You've run Meta and/or Google Ads with real budget, agency or in-house, we don't care which
• You're hacky and experimental: you find edges, automate the boring parts and don't wait for permission
• You decide from data, not from vibes
• You have an eye for creative and understand why an ad works, not just that it works
• You ship today, not next sprint
• Fluent English, since the whole team works in English. German is not required

Nice to have: consumer app or travel experience, TikTok or Apple Search Ads, creative production (CapCut, AI video tools), SQL or scripting.
