Personal Executive Assistant to CEO & C-Suite (Fully Remote)

Responsibilities

• Manage complex calendars for the CEO and C‑Suite team across multiple time zones.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring schedules are optimized and conflicts are resolved quickly.
• Prepare leadership for daily meetings, travel, and priority engagements.

Travel Coordination

• Arrange domestic and international travel for the CEO and C‑Suite team.
• Manage detailed travel itineraries, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, visas as needed, and last‑minute changes.
• Ensure smooth travel logistics and contingency planning for executive movement.

Office & In‑Person Support

• Be physically present when the CEO is in town to maintain office readiness, organization, and cleanliness.
• Support executive and guest visits in the DC office, coordinating logistics such as WeWork site management, office snacks, drinks, team building events, and dinner reservations.
• Manage expense reports and ad hoc administrative needs for the CEO and leadership team.
