For our agency brand Credera and our clients, we are seeking experienced colleagues to join us as soon as possible in the role of a Personalization Consultant with Focus on CDP (m/f/d).

Role Summary

We are looking for a Personalization Consultant with hands‑on experience in Customer Data Platforms (CDP) to join our team supporting enterprise customers. The role focuses on leveraging personalization tools such as Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP) to build unified customer profiles and deliver measurable personalization that drives conversion KPIs.

You will act as the trusted advisor for the ideation and rollout of personalization across the full Salesforce stack, translate business requirements into technical personalization solutions on websites connected to both CRM and paid media campaigns, establish scalable processes for global markets, and continuously measure success through analytics.

How you will get involved

  • Design and implement new on‑site personalization measures and trigger personalized campaigns.
  • Establish and document repeatable processes for the rollout, maintenance, and governance of numerous on‑site personalization campaigns across globally distributed markets.
  • Build, test, deploy, and optimize personalization campaigns end‑to‑end.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics reporting tools; derive insights and recommend continuous improvements.
  • Collaborate closely with customers, marketing teams, developers, and stakeholders – both in workshops (on‑site or remote) and through written documentation.

What you'll bring

  • CDP Expertise – Solid working knowledge of tools such as Salesforce Data Cloud, MPC and future products.
  • Deep understanding of Customer Data Platform concepts, identity resolution, unified customer profiles, and how to activate data for real‑time personalization to drive conversion KPIs.
  • Technical Skills
    • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (mandatory).
    • Ability to write and debug custom JavaScript code for personalization logic is a strong advantage.
    • Basic understanding of platforms like Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or CMS systems in general.
  • Professional Skills
    • Excellent communication skills – both written (documentation, emails, concepts) and verbal (customer workshops, presentations).
    • Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business value for non‑technical stakeholders.
    • Structured and process‑oriented mindset, especially for managing multiple campaigns across international markets.
  • Other Requirements
    • Business‑level English
