Location: Mainz, Germany.

Employment type: Full‑time, permanent, internal.

Start date: Immediate or as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Take over an extensive existing external personnel portfolio (client base focus EG1‑EG4/5+).
• Manage internal and external staff, including team leadership.
• Actively engage in sales and business development within the personnel services sector.
• Operate independently and make autonomous decisions.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in personnel service (temporary staff, Arbeitnehmerüberlassung) – ideally within a temporary‑staffing company.
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market (Zeitarbeit).
• Self‑motivated, independent and responsible work style.
