Pflichtpraktikum – Marketing & Business Development (Berlin / Remote)

Kleinura is a Berlin-based startup building an AI powered personalised nutrition companion for parents of babies and toddlers. It is currently in pre‑launch and we’re looking for our first intern to help shape the company from the very beginning.

This is an unpaid mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) for students whose degree program requires a compulsory internship. You’ll work directly with the founder, gain hands‑on startup experience, and contribute to real decisions across marketing, community building, partnerships and growth.

What you’ll do

• Create and publish social media content (2‑3 times per week)
• Support community growth and engagement across our social channels
• Search for and attend startup, founder and parenting events in Berlin to build connections and identify partnership opportunities (1–2 times per week, flexible)
• Support outreach to creators, parent communities and media contacts
• Contribute ideas for growth, partnerships and marketing initiatives

Who we’re looking for

• Student in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media, Entrepreneurship or a related field
• German proficiency of B2 or higher
• Based in Berlin
• Interested in startups, social media and community building
• Looking for a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) as part of their degree program
