YOUR TASK

• Facilitate the creation of the best possible research instruments for scientists in your world regions of responsibility.
• Connect personally to our international customer base. With your background and talent you speak their language and understand their needs. Let your competence and honesty speak for itself and establish long term trust.
• Acquire in depth understanding of customer’s technical requirements. You will always discuss solutions at the very frontier of scientific progress.
• Bring your own creativity and background knowledge into the process. Establish a true win‑win environment.
• Promote our products that are known for their outstanding performance. Join and represent us at international events.
• Manage the response to incoming tenders, commercially and technically. Your entrepreneurial and hands‑on smartness will be called upon.
• Bring feedback from the scientific community into the company. Connect to Product Management and R&D.

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree in Science (not limited to Physics)
• Hands‑on experience in at least one branch of Surface Science (UHV, ARPES, STM, ...)
• Business fluency in English, Other language skills welcome
• A quick mind and a high degree of flexibility
• Curiosity, combined with practical hands‑on, entrepreneurial attitude
• Team orientation and communication strength
• Reliability, your word is your bond
• Courageous to apply even if the first two points do not fit 100%
