Platform Engineer (Fully Remote)

Pano AI is on a mission to tackle the growing wildfire crisis using AI-and IoT, providing early detection and actionable intelligence to fire professionals. The company is a 175-plus person growth-stage hybrid-remote startup with a culture of ownership, creativity, communication, and collaboration.

What You'll Do:

• Drive major projects in scaling, securing, and monitoring systems and services across the organization.
• Improve the release process through robust CI/CD pipelines and enhance software delivery efficiency.
• Create run-books, metrics, and dashboards, and participate in on-call rotation for production issues.

What You'll Bring:

• 5+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS environment, with 3+ years in platform engineering or DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with cloud services (GCP preferred), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and IaC tools (Terraform).
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams, with a preference for Pacific/Mountain time zone.
