PMO Manager (m/f/d) Transformation / Change

For our client, a thyssenkrupp Group company in Flintbek, we are currently seeking a Transformation Manager (m/f/d). You will support managers at various levels in structuring and implementing transformation and investment projects. You will plan and manage cross-functional change initiatives and diligently monitor progress and sustainability using defined KPIs. You will analyze the dependencies between different projects, both in terms of content and timing, and identify potential synergies. You will ensure comprehensive project documentation and prepare progress reports for committees and management. You will lead selected change projects and achieve the project goals within the defined timeframe. You will develop concrete ideas for actively involving the workforce in our transformation process and contribute to addressing concerns and resistance. To this end, you will continuously network across the entire company. You will support your department head with administrative tasks and in creating presentations and calculations.

• Du hast ein Studium in einer technischen oder wirtschaftswissenschaftlichen Fachrichtung erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder verfügen über ähnliche Qualifikationen.
• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektsteuerung oder der Inhouse Beratung ist ein Muss.
• Du kennst die wesentlichen Projektmanagement-Instrumente (u. a. Arbeitspaketstrukturen, Earned Value Analysis, Meilenstein-Trendanalyse) aus der praktischen Anwendung.
• Du besitzt tiefgehende Kenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Prozessmanagement und in der Umsetzung von Unternehmensstrategien, idealerweise in einem vergleichbaren Geschäftsmodell.
• Es fällt Dir leicht, zu komplexen Themen Lösungen bereichsübergreifend zu erarbeiten und Dich von der Umsetzung nicht abbringen zu lassen. Dabei ...
