P&OG Consulting Lead - Diagnostics

Overview

In this role, you drive large-scale organizational effectiveness and transformation initiatives across Roche Diagnostics within the Pharma division. You act as a system-wide link, ensuring consistent, high-impact outcomes in line with Roche’s Ambitions 2030. You will co-lead the Consulting AoP, build the practice brand, and partner with leadership to execute enterprise-wide change. This is a high-visibility role that blends strategy, cross-functional collaboration, and transformational delivery to improve patient outcomes and organizational performance.

Verantwortungsbereiche

Co-lead the Consulting AoP with Practice Lead and other Consulting Leads
Build the Consulting brand and advocate for the practice
Lead and design short- and long-term transformation outcomes aligned with Roche 2030 Ambitions
Oversee large-scale interventions and complex change within Diagnostics, acting as the system-wide point of contact
Partner with BP Chapter Lead, BPEs for Diagnostics, and Divisional Strategy and Strategy Implementation teams
Develop collaborative partnerships with transformation offices and other teams across Roche
Seat at the DPCET (Dia People & Culture Enabling Team)
Ensure consistent, high-impact outcomes across Roche’s Diagnostics and Pharma landscape

Zentrale Anforderungen

10+ years of relevant consulting experience in a global, complex organization
Experience in internal consulting or large external consulting firms in OD, management, and/or leadership
Senior stakeholder management skills in a matrix environment
Strong networking and interpersonal abilities
Proven track record of partnering and collaboration within People & Culture and other parts of the organization
Exceptional system-thinking and enterprise mindset
Formal (or informal) leadership experience
Courage to navigate ambiguity and challenge the status quo
Knowledge of agile principles and methodologies in an enterprise context
Fluent English; other languages a plus
