Post Closing Specialist - Condition Clearers (Fully Remote)

• The Post Closing Specialist ensures residential mortgage loans are closed in compliance with all underwriting guidelines.
• This role prepares loans for booking and settlement with agencies, and clears post-close file exceptions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform post-audit reviews of secondary market loans per regulatory requirements.
• Reconcile HUD/Settlement Statements and coordinate trailing documents to investors.
• Review mortgage loans for compliance following QC checklist.

Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of conventional and government residential mortgage loans and investor guidelines.
• Proficiency with Loan Origination Systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong communication skills.
• Open to fully remote or hybrid arrangements depending on location.
