PR and Social Media Manager, Part-time

You independently manage exciting clients and work closely with our team. This includes, among other things:

• Strategic client consulting and project management
• Press relations and media communication
• Development and implementation of social media strategies
• Creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn & Co.
• Writing press releases, newsletters, and other texts
• Pitching stories and maintaining relationships with journalists
• Planning and organizing press events, influencer events, and interviews
• Selection and contracting of influencers
• Event management
• Content creation (photo & video)
• Image editing and basic graphic design
• SEO optimization and link building
• Client support at events and trade shows

Core Competencies

Demonstrates expertise in strategic client consulting, project management, and social media strategy development, with a strong focus on content creation and press relations. Proficient in both German and English, with a solid background in event management and media communication.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional experience in PR, communications, and social media
• Excellent German skills (native level)
• Good English skills
• Experience using social media
• Enjoy writing and storytelling
• Strong organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Self-initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Experience with graphic and content tools
• Experience producing photo and video content
• Willingness to travel
