Practice Intelligence Associate (Fully Remote)

About the Role:

• This role involves phone-based interactions to assess and elevate the experience of our partnered and prospective practices and patients.
• You will model consumer behaviors to conduct assessments and provide insights to improve our service offerings and product usability.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate phone interactions with practices and patients to gather feedback on our product, internal processes, and overall customer experience.
• Accurately document and collect detailed feedback in a structured manner, maintaining high data accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to inform Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and Customer Support.

Compensation Package:

• $65k+ base pay with a $40k bonus opportunity, OTE $105K.
