We are strengthening our Sales team and are looking for a Senior Business Manag"er who will play a key role in our company's growth.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyze the market to identify new clients and business opportunities.
• Prospect actively, arrange meetings, and conduct initial discussions with potential clients.
• Understand client needs, gather requirements, and negotiate business terms.
• Support candidates throughout the entire recruitment process (interviews, preparation, follow-up) and coordinate hiring processes with clients.
• Manage client accounts, projects, and consultants, both from a technical and career development perspective.

Your Profile

• At least 3 years of experience in the sales of IT or Engineering services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of IT or Engineering profiles.
• Professional fluency in English is required.
