Join Wipro Technologies GmbH as a Practice Specialist within our Engineering Services division, where innovation meets expertise. This position requires a highly motivated sales professional with deep experience in IT Services and Consulting, particularly within engineering and technology domains. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for driving comprehensive sales cycles, managing proposal development, and fostering client relationships that result in large-scale project wins.

Your role will involve collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to tailor offerings that meet evolving client needs within engineering services, including application development, cloud solutions, security frameworks, and business process outsourcing. What You Will Do

Summary of the role:

• Business Development: The person shall be responsible for deriving Go to Market strategy for the geography and help in developing business at the Geo. In brief, this role is a bridge between technology and business at the specific Geo.
• Work closely with Wipro solution and marketing team to increase awareness of Wipro in the geo.
• The role requires customer connect where the person shall work and think alongside client to define future work packages. The identified person shall also provide input to Wipro solution team based on client connect to develop Wipro's in house solution backlog. The role must provide problem structuring and concept-level support to client and communicate the same to Wipro internal team.
• The identified person shall work closely with the Sales in the geography and act as catalyst to win new business.
• This role requires travel to client locations for discussion and relationship building.

Key Skill/Competency required:

• Minimum 15 years of working experience in Automotive domain
• Must have worked in client facing role for more than 5 years
• The person must have good understanding of Automotive eco system comprising of in vehicle and on cloud need
• Must have awareness/understanding of major technology shifts such as SDV, ADAS, electrification and AI based transformation that is going on in Auto eco system.
• The person should have good technical knowledge and background in Automotive
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Native language proficiency is a MUST (German)
