Pricing Manager - Import (m/f/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Develop competitive and commercially viable pricingsolutions for import-related transportation services and customeropportunities
• Prepare quotations, cost calculations, and pricingproposals for complex logistics requirements
• Manage and coordinate import pricing requests frominternal and external stakeholders
• Support RFQ, tender, and bid processes bydeveloping tailored pricing concepts and commercial solutions
• Analyze transportation requirements and collaboratewith operational and project teams to determine the most suitablelogistics solutions
• Obtain and evaluate supplier, carrier, andsubcontractor quotations to ensure competitive pricing
• Assess costs, margins, risks, and profitability tosupport sustainable business growth
• Monitor market developments and pricing trendswithin the German logistics and freight forwarding industry
• Work closely with Business Development, Operations,Procurement, and Project Management teams
• Contribute to the continuous improvement andstandardization of pricing processes and methodologies

Skills, knowledge and expertise

• Several years of experience in Pricing, Project FreightForwarding, Tender Management, Commercial Logistics, or a related field
• Strong understanding of internationaltransportation and import-related logistics services
• Experience in preparing quotations, costcalculations, and commercial proposals
• Good understanding of the German freight forwardingand logistics market
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset withexcellent problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meetdeadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and stakeholder managementskillsVery good language skills in German and English,both written and spoken
