This role focuses on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value. R&D Business Consulting supports biopharma, medtech, animal and consumer health customers with problems across the R&D value chain, including Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, and Regulatory domains. You will be part of a global team delivering meaningful and high-impact projects with organisations from Top 20 Pharma to small/mid-sized companies.The RoleAs a Principal Consultant in our R&D Business Consulting practice, you will help customers accelerate patient access by aligning technology, data, and AI with business strategy.ResponsibilitiesProject Mastery: Act as the Lead for Veeva BC’s largest and most complex global projects, maintaining full accountability for excellence across multiple teamsStrategic Growth: Lead and own Business Development for the R&D BC practice, focusing on architecting and winning key deals exceeding $1M+People Leadership: Manage and mentor high-performing consulting teams, taking responsibility for the professional growth and delivery standards of the practiceThought Leadership: Develop and champion industry-leading thought leadership in Regulatory to keep Veeva at the cutting edge of Life SciencesCustomer Success: Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite stakeholders, leveraging Veeva’s data and software to solve their most critical challengesQualificationsExperience: 10+ years of R&D Life Sciences Consulting experience (Management Consulting preferred)Track Record: Proven ability to win and deliver $1M+ consulting engagementsExpertise: Deep domain knowledge in Regulatory Operations/Affairs and a comprehensive understanding of the Life Sciences landscapeLeadership: Extensive experience managing multiple project teams and senior-level customer relationshipsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or higherKnowledge of Veeva productsExperience delivering SaaS or Tech-enabled consulting solutionsCompensation and BenefitsCompensation: Highly competitive salary and equity in VeevaGrowth: Unrivalled career progression in a fast-growing, global teamFlexibility: Veeva is a Work Anywhere company.
