Principal Pulsed-Power Engineer – EMC & Plasma Coupling

I'm supporting a pioneering European climate-tech company developing advanced plasma systems for industrial decarbonisation.

We're looking for a senior engineer to take ownership of the complete energy-transfer chain between the pulse generator and the plasma reactor.

This isn't a traditional EMC compliance role.

It's about ensuring high-voltage nanosecond pulses are delivered efficiently, reliably and repeatably into dynamic plasma loads.

You'll work on

• High-voltage pulse transmission
• Current return paths
• Grounding and shielding
• Impedance matching
• Plasma-load interaction
• High dv/dt and di/dt environments
• Root-cause analysis and hardware optimisation

We'd love to speak with engineers from backgrounds including

• Pulsed Power
• High Voltage Engineering

• EMC for High-Voltage Systems
• Scientific Instrumentation

Experience with technologies such as DBD, SDBD, HiPIMS, Rogowski coils, D-dot/B-dot probes, TDR, CST, HFSS or COMSOL would be highly beneficial.
