Principal SoC Verification Engineer Specman E (m/f/d)

Our client is an internationally operating semiconductor company developing advanced System on-Chip solutions for safety-critical applications, based in Munich.

• You take ownership of verification activities for a highly complex next-generation SoC platform used in safety-critical applications

• You drive verification concepts across the complete development lifecycle, from specification to verification sign-off

• You work on system-level challenges spanning multiple IPs and interfaces rather than focusing on a single subsystem

• You collaborate closely with design, architecture and safety experts to ensure robust and reliable products

• You influence verification methodologies and technical decisions within an experienced engineering team

Your Profile:

• You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a comparable discipline

• You bring several years of experience in ASIC or SoC verification within complex semiconductor development projects

• You have strong expertise in hardware verification languages such as e and/or SystemVerilog and are familiar with modern verification methodologies

• You have hands-on experience with Specman, UVM or comparable verification environments and understand verification beyond pure test implementation

• You are comfortable taking ownership of technical topics, driving discussions and influencing engineering decisions across teams
