Principal, Success Portfolio Design & Transformation (Fully Remote)

• Lead the shift to solution selling and drive key transformations with CSM leaders.
• Define the GTM approach and engagement models for CSMs based on segment and customer need.
• Design and operationalize the enterprise customer success journey focused on "moments that matter."

Qualifications:

• 8+ years in strategy, business/CS operations, or management consulting.
• Experience in Customer Success or enterprise GTM strategy, and leading cross-functional transformations.
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with expertise in enterprise customer journeys.
