Process Analyst / Process Manager, Logistics & Production (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

Mapping of operational processes at the plant, from inbound through production and logistics to outbound
Definition of target processes, including coordination with the functional departments and plant management
Development of process documentation and creation of process maps as the basis for system configuration in the design of IT systems
Documentation of all shop floor and manufacturing processes
Development of a process monitoring system for day-to-day operations, including management of continuous process improvements
Ongoing training and changes to the process landscape

Your Profile

A successfully completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration (with a focus on logistics/production), or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
Proven experience in process analysis and documentation within a manufacturing company
Understanding of modern software systems (ERP, MES, WCS), including the relationships between master data and physical material flows within the system
Strong ability to visualize processes and knowledge of common tools (e.g., Visio, BPMN, Miro)
High level of initiative and a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work
Strong communication skills to explain complex issues clearly and concisely
Willingness to travel to our plants
Speak, write and read fluently in German and English
