Job Overview

We are looking for a Process Architect to support our telecom clients in designing, mapping, and optimizing business processes and automation workflows.

The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with process mapping, Microsoft Power Automate, and Databricks orchestration , with the ability to work with stakeholders to understand existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and map current business and operational processes.

• Design and document process workflows and process maps .

• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

• Develop or support automation workflows using Microsoft Power Automate .

• Work with Databricks orchestration and data/process workflows.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements.

• Translate business processes into scalable and efficient automated solutions.

• Support process improvement and automation initiatives for telecom clients.

• Prepare process documentation, workflow diagrams, and related technical/business documentation.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Process Mapping / Business Process Design .

• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Automate .

• Experience with Databricks Orchestration .

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work with both business and technical stakeholders.

• Strong communication and documentation skills.

• Telecom industry/client experience is strongly preferred.
