Procurement and Spend Management Lead (Fully Remote)

• Own the vendor request intake and selection process from business need to signed agreement.
• Lead commercial negotiations for cloud and AI commitments.
• Create category strategies and negotiation playbooks.
• Manage the vendor portfolio across onboarding, performance, renewal, and offboarding.
• Reduce SaaS sprawl by tracking adoption and taking action on renewals.
• Surface shadow IT and AI with robust evaluation standards.

Spend Governance & Visibility:

• Govern outbound spend across vendors, travel, and expenses with clear policies.
• Partner with FP&A to manage vendor spend against budgets.
• Build automated approvals and reporting for consumption-based costs.
