Procurement Buyer (f/m/d)

In this Procurement Buyer role, you enable efficient sourcing for global operations at Clario. You’ll manage end-to-end procurement for defined categories, build strong supplier relationships, and drive cost, quality, and reliability. You’ll collaborate with internal stakeholders to secure value and manage procurement risks at scale. This role combines supplier management, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional teamwork to support faster, patient-centered outcomes.

• Manage end-to-end procurement activities for assigned categories and suppliers
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers based on quality, cost, service, and reliability
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Build strong supplier relationships, manage procurement risks, and resolve supplier-related operative issues
• Maintain accurate procurement records and provide regular reporting and KPI updates

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain
• Strong understanding of procurement principles and supplier management
• Experience with procurement systems, e-sourcing tools, and Microsoft Office
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Fluent English and German
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
