Our client is seeking a procurement specialist to drive the European SCM operations.

• Oversee incoming shipments and ensure timely receipt of goods
• Maintain optimal inventory levels by tracking stock, planning replenishment, and adjusting safety stock according to demand trends
• Utilize ERP platforms (including SAP) and supply chain management systems, as well as supplier portals, for daily operations
• Coordinate closely with vendors on a regular basis, building productive partnerships and supporting commercial discussions
• Prepare and process procurement documentation, confirm product specifications, and place orders with external partners

• Purchasing or order management/inventory management working experience
• Good communication skill
• Good at great relationship with internal/external stakeholders
• Proactive, positive mind-set
• Strong negotiation skill
• English - Fluent
