Product Definition Expert - Digital Solutions (m/f/d)

In this role you shape digital test solutions by aligning with Product Marketing, R&D, Operations, customers, and engineering teams. You validate prototypes, influence specifications, and contribute innovative concepts to ensure market-fit products. You will advocate for the customer perspective throughout development and help drive cross-functional collaboration at scale, shaping the next generation of digital test capabilities.

• Interface with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, R&D, Operations) to define and refine digital test solutions
• Validate product prototypes and support the specification-setting process
• Contribute new concepts and ideas to improve future product offerings
• Represent customer perspective during development to ensure right fit and market relevance
• Collaborate with customers and internal partners to align requirements and timelines
• Drive project work streams and coordinate with international teams

• University degree in electrical engineering, or equivalent
• Large-scale experience with an ATE system, preferably Advantest V93000
• Deep knowledge of semiconductor test, ATE concepts, and test methodologies
• Familiar with ATE toolchain from EDA to Datalog
• Programming experience in Java and C++
• Experience working with internal partners and customers internationally
• Ability to lead and drive projects
• Strong customer focus and structured working style
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
• Good communication and presentation skills
