• Drive the end-to-end design process from user research and conceptualisation through design, testing, and validation of operational solutions;


• Create usable, fast, and functional solutions for power users working with complex systems;


• Transform compliance requirements into intuitive workflows with native security and risk management;


• Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and operations leads to turn user insights into product opportunities.

Требования:

• Have 3+ years of experience designing digital products, including internal platforms and applications;


• Solve complex problems while navigating system constraints and intricate user workflows;


• Conduct research with internal stakeholders and translate findings into actionable design solutions;


• Understand how automation and AI can augment internal team capabilities;


• Apply a user-centered mindset to practical real-world problems involving system constraints, legacy infrastructure, and complex workflows;


• Understand how design can improve operational efficiency and solve internal process challenges;


• Communicate design rationale and value clearly with non-design audiences;


• Use data and user feedback to identify product opportunities and measure UX success;


• Nice to have: Deep expertise in architecting complex solutions for highly regulated environments such as fintech, healthcare, and logistics;


• experience designing end-user mobile apps and secure internal tools while balancing operational requirements, compliance, and intuitive user experience.
