Product Designer (m/f/d)

• As part of the FlexEngine team, you work on the end‑to‑end user experience, including touch points such as our app and white‑label variant, charger and Home Energy Management Systems
• You support the design process from user research to implementation. In close collaboration with our developers, you put our customers at the centre to create an outstanding customer journey
• You create and evolve design systems, wireframes, user flows, mockups, and prototypes to evaluate and further improve your ideas and designs
• You plan and coordinate user testing to derive the best measures for product development and design
• You work in a data‑driven way and actively coordinate the collection and evaluation of user feedback

Who you are

• You are motivated to learn, grow, and actively contribute to the end‑to‑end user experience of our solutions
• You have first practical experience in UI/UX or product design through internships, university projects, freelance work, or else
• You impress us with your combination of strong visual aesthetics and the ability to make complex products simple and intuitive to use
• You are confident in Figma or comparable design tools
• You are familiar with agile ways of working and design thinking, and ideally have experience with Jira and Confluence
• You stay up to date with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices
• You are passionate about electric mobility and innovative future technology
• Experience with HEMS systems and home integration is a strong plus
