Product Development Engineer

Yibi Precision is looking for a Product Development Engineer to support the development of precision metal components from early-stage design assessment through production validation.

Responsibilities

• Review component designs for manufacturability and production feasibility.
• Evaluate geometry, materials, tolerances and manufacturing routes.
• Work with MIM, CNC, tooling and manufacturing teams during product industrialization.
• Identify potential risks related to shrinkage, deformation, assembly and dimensional stability.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
• Experience developing precision mechanical or metal components.
• Strong understanding of GD&T, tolerance analysis and DFM.
• Knowledge of CNC, MIM, injection molding, die casting or similar manufacturing processes.
• Strong technical problem-solving and communication skills.
