Product Lead, Growth (Fully Remote)

• Lead the product vision and strategy for the Growth area, owning conversion and growth infrastructure.
• Drive AI-native product initiatives, including conversational AI for sales and AI acquisition surfaces.
• Manage a team of product managers, foster experimentation culture, and build a coherent product roadmap.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product related experience at Lead or Group PM level, with direct management of PMs.
• Proven experience in growth product, experimentation, and hands-on data analysis.
• Strong understanding of AI and its application to product, with a clear vision for the future.
