Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure each engagement has a practical execution plan and clear ownership.
• Guide solution architecture and technical decision-making across concurrent engagements.
• Provide direct, timely feedback on technical execution and client communication.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of software engineering with client-facing delivery experience.
• Deep hands-on technical credibility in Python, AI/ML, and cloud platforms.
• Proven experience developing engineers through direct feedback.
