Product Manager - Deployment & Licensing (m/f/d)

As Product Manager for Deployment & Licensing, you own the roadmap for software deployment, cloud delivery, and licensing across product families. You’ll enable seamless on-premises, cloud, and hybrid deployments with a focus on simplicity. You translate customer needs into strategy, user stories, and release plans, collaborating with engineering, DevOps, and cloud teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions. • Define and own the product roadmap for deployment, cloud delivery, and licensing
• Drive deployment experiences across on-premises, private cloud, public cloud, and hybrid environments
• Gather and translate requirements into product strategies, user stories, and release plans
• Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, and Cloud Architecture to deliver CI/CD integrations and tooling
• Lead evolution of licensing models (subscription, perpetual, consumption-based, feature-based)
• Ensure deployment and licensing meet security, compliance, reliability, and scalability standards
• Analyze customer feedback and usage data to improve deployment, upgrade, and licensing experiences
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support for product launches and adoption

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
• 5+ years in Product Management, preferably in enterprise software or cloud infrastructure
• Experience managing products related to software deployment, platform infrastructure, or enterprise software delivery
• Strong understanding of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform and DevOps/CI/CD practices
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud-native deployment frameworks
• Knowledge of software licensing models (subscription, perpetual, SaaS, usage-based) and activation workflows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent English; German or additional languages a plus
